The Short Version
Legal Use
You agree to use Project ServiceNet for legal purposes.
No Risk Guarantee
There is a 7 day money back guarantee for your first project. If
you are not happy with our service, or it's not the right solution for you,
close the project within 7 days of activation, and
request a refund by emailing us at support@ProjectServiceNet.com. We will refund your payment in full. If you signed up using a subscription, login in to your PayPal account
and cancel the subscription as well. Very easy to do.
Privacy
Your project information is completely private. Project ServiceNet personnel will not look at it. Project ServiceNet will not allow any unauthorized access to your information. If we are notified of any illegal activity related to your use of Project ServiceNet , we reserve the right to close your project.
Anonymous Use
We want to know who you are. The service and it's value comes from being a safe and stable resource. Your
project is confidential, and the way we have things set up it is essentially anonymous.
A project number is assigned by the computer.
Account Owner Remains Confidential
Project ServiceNet is set up so you can establish a project for a third party. Account holder information will remain confidential, and is for billing purposes only.
Email Privacy
We don't collect email addresses except the account owner's.
The email address will be used to manage your account and notify you of changes to our service, including new services. All information related to Project ServiceNet customers will be held in confidence and not shared with any other parties.
Cookies
When you login to a project, we use cookies to manage the session. It is a random giberish key. There are no
advertising cookies on our service.
IP Address
Project ServiceNet records IP addresses as part of our security, fraud prevention, and activity monitoring.
Expected Use
Project ServiceNet is a tool used to share important information with your project team members. Please do not use it for other purposes. We will monitor bandwidth, and prevent unauthorized use and or abuse. Please review the Frequently asked Questions for details on project allocations.
Service Re-Sale
You may not resell Project ServiceNet. You may set up projects for 3rd parties you are doing business with.
Adult Content
Project ServiceNet is not to be used for adult content.
Security of your Project
This service is designed to be secure, but easy to use. It also is designed to easily share passwords. It is not as secure as your bank. It is more secure than FTP, and more secure than most websites.
If your security needs are not met by Project ServiceNet protocols, we suggest you encrypt your documents before you upload them, and share
the key with the end user via a face to face meeting. Assistance with this is available for an additional fee.
Credit Card and Financial Security
We do not store your credit card or bank information on our servers.
We use our merchant account and gateway providers for storing that information.
This is the safest and most secure way to protect your financial information. They
spend millions on security.
Payment
We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and even bank transfers. Payment is by subscription or we will invoice by email. There are no refunds for partial months.
How to Cancel
Close the project before the renewal date (the same day of the month as the activation date) and billing will stop. This is done online. If you are having problems, email us or call.
Limited Warranty
There is a limited warranty on this service. Use of the service is "As Is". We don't guarantee it's suitability
for any particular purpose.
